Erik was punctual and very professional. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He uses pet friendly products which was important to me. He got out all of the stains in my carpet area. I rent and moved in three years ago so the area was overdue. It smells fresh not perfumy which I love. Definitely using Dirtbusters again in the spring for my stairs and second floor.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from dirt busters. They showed up on time and worked within my schedule. They pre-treated and cleaned the carpet and it looks great! They even came the next day to make sure they got any spots that came up overnight after the first cleaning. Also, when I mentioned my vacuum cleaner was making a funny smell, Eric offered to take a look at it for me to see if he could fix it for me, which wasn't even his job.
