Upon meeting Erik in person we were confident in hiring him to do the job including four wall to wall carpets, several medium to large area rugs and two sets of stairs. His diligence in getting out some serious pet stains was admirable! All rugs look really clean even before they were fully dried. Even the whites in a custom abstract rug came to life again after 27 Years! Erik was also very careful as he moved the cleaning equipment hosing throughout the house where we have many fragile items.
